YERBA MATE BLACK LAGER: Dark in color, yet light in body, marrying roasted malts with yerba mate, the South American caffeinated herbal tea.

Rhino Chasers Pils:    With a rich dense creamy head this crisp golden lager is crisp and refreshing. Premium Canadian Pilsner and Munich malts create a sweet backbone, but hops are what really make this brew stand out. Tread Lightly Ale:  Tread Lightly Ale – is a smooth and well-balanced Golden Ale with citrus tones and light in body and color. Tread Lightly is made from sorghum and corn extract, orange peel, hops, and yeast.

3R Raspberry Ale:  3R Raspberry Ale – our award winning raspberry fruit ale has just the right balance of fruit flavor and aroma. Made from sorghum and corn extract, natural Oregon raspberry puree, orange peel, hops, and yeast, 3R has already received a bronze from the GABF and a gold from the LA International Beer Competition.

Off Grid Pale Ale:  Off Grid Pale Ale – is a wonderful interpretation of the classic pale ale style. It has a distinctly deep amber color and great character and body. The three varieties of hops provide a wonderful aroma and a citrus and spicy hop flavor. Made from sorghum and brown rice extract, tapioca maltodextrin, caramel color, molasses, hops, and yeast, Off Grid is proud to be the hoppiest gluten-free beer on the market!

The Brits are Here: Malt, Malt, and more Malt.  Don't let the light body of this beer fool you, there is a ton of flavor.  A style that is not common in the states, it is a darker beer for warm weather.

Devils Head Red: While Devils Head Red is based on an Amber Ale Style, at first taste, it quickly breaks from the style.  This beer sits between an Amber Ale and an American Pale Ale. It is aggressively hopped, while maintaining a very complex malt base with hints of caramel and nuts.

Dark Lager:  An American-Style Dark Lager brewed with Crystal and Chocolate malts. This beer’s deep mahogany color, medium body, and mild hopping result in a smooth light bodied, easy drinking dark beer.

Wild Blue: is a specialty fruit-infused lager.  The beer is full, round and warm with a pleasant ripe blueberry flavor/aroma that’s rounded out by tart and zesty notes.  Fact Sheet.

Longboard Lager: Smooth, refreshing lager with a delicate, slightly spicy hop aroma

Wailua Wheat: This golden, sun colored ale has a bright, citrus flavor that comes from the tropical passion fruit we brew into each batch.

Rocky Mountain Blonde:  Rich, full bodied continental lager with golden straw color. Nice maltiness and noble hops.

Lemongrass Lager:  Full bodied lager with rich maltiness and pleasant, refreshing lemongrass aroma and flavor.

Smoked Hefe:  For the BBQ'er on the go! A traditional German hefeweizen with a distinct, but not overpowering smokey flavor from the alderwood and slight undertones of banana and cloves. Pairs amazingly well with food, especially BBQ.

Cinco: Cinco is a Mexican-Style light lager (cerveza clara). It is lightly-hopped, light bodied, with a bit of corn sweetness. 

O'rale: Órale is a Mexican-style light lager (cerveza clara). It is lightly-hopped, Medium-bodied, and with a slight sweetness that perfectly complements the richly flavored cuisines.

Manana: Mañana is an Mexican-style amber lager (cerveza oscura). The malty, bold flavor of this beer recalls the European roots of Mexico’s great brewing history.

American Small Batch Whiskey:  Pre-prohibition style,traditional sour mash, pot-distilled American whiskey with subtle flavors of vanilla, pear, and raspberry. Distilled in Denver.

Paradise Pilsner: One of our lightest beers, this ale is mildly hopped and very well balanced with a pleasant malt finish!

Dam Straight Lager (Vienna): Amber-colored and medium-bodied, this Vienna-style lager has a slight caramel malt taste with a mild hop finish. It’s slow-brewed with bottom-fermenting yeast and German hops.  

Landshark Lager: is a refreshing, drinkable beer brewed for the island lifestyle.  Landshark Lager was created through collaboration between Margaritaville Brewing Co. and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville.

Redbridge: is a sorghum/gluten-free beer with a distinctively fruity hop aroma, a sweet toasted grain flavor and a well-balanced, moderately hopped finish.  Redbridge is the first, nationally available gluten-free beer made with sorghum – a safe grain for those allergic to wheat or gluten.  It is grown in the United States, Africa, Southern Europe, Central America and Southern Asia. Pallavicini Pilsner:  Classic Bohemian style Pilsner. Crisp and Clean!

Helles Good Beer:  German style Helles Bock achieved through a labor of love! 

La Plata Pilsner:   Based on a traditional Bohemian-style lager. We brew this refreshing treat every summer at Carver's.  The crisp malt and the unmistakable hops will quench your thirst and leave you wanting more. Hand-crafted in every sense of the phrase, this beer is a true labor of love.

X Rock Bock:  Named after a favorite local climbing rock just North of of Durango, this German-styled Bock makes but one appearance a year at Carver's to help us get through Lent. We did manage to keep some squirreled away though. So raise a glass to the monks of old and let this meal in a glass help save a tree.

 Celebrated Raspberry Wheat Ale: We have been making this oh so refreshing summer ale since the late 80's. We start with a soft and light American-style wheat ale and then add copious amounts of fresh raspberries as it ferments. The resulting beer has a distinctive color, and is an extremely refreshing combination of tart raspberries and wheat beer.

 Nova Scotia Style Lager:   Alexander Keith’s Nova Scotia Style Lager is brewed with noble hops prized for their subtle, spicy character, and the beer features a deep amber color and a crisp finish with an assertive but clean bitterness

Session Premium Lager: Session Premium Lager is a classic all-malt, pre-Prohibition style lager that reminds us what American lagers used to taste like.  Session is brewed with American and European Hops for a wonderful Noble Hop aroma and 2-row Barley Malt with a touch of Wheat Malt for a pleasant, refreshing finish.

Session Black Lager: A subtle pairing of caramel and chocolate malt flavors helps make Session Black short, dark and totally drinkable. At long last, a dark beer that doesn’t drink like a meal. ABV 5.4% IBU 18

Samuel Adams Boston Lager:  Medium bodied and complex. Caramel sweet balanced with distinct citrus and piney notes. A strong, smooth finish and mouth feel.

Samuel Adams Light:  This light premium lager has a smooth, rich, and complex malt character that ranges from roasty to sweet. A subtle hop note reminiscent of mango and apricot.

Samuel Adams Summer Ale:   This American wheat ale is brewed with grains of paradise lemon zest which offers a crisp, tangy and refreshing flavor. It has a great balance of citrus flavor.

Samuel Adams Octoberfest:  This OctoberFest has a rich, deep red amber hue which itself is reflective of the season. It has a intensely sweet malt character which helps to coin this beer a "malt lovers dream".  It also has a delicate fruit note and low to medium bitterness.

Samuel Adams Black Lager:  Samuel Adams® Black Lager is a Schwarzbier, a traditional beer style from Eastern Germany. It is smooth and malty sweet with a slight nutty  and deep roasted character.  It has a soft and dry finish

Samuel Adams Double Bock:  This hearty brew has a incredible malt character but is balanced by the subtle piny, citrusy hop notes from the noble hops that it is brewed with.  It is very smooth, and full bodied.

Samuel Adams East-West Kolsh:  This Kolsh is light and fragrant, East West Kölsch has a floral and herbal character from the Jasmine that balances the refreshing German Kölsch style. It is light, refreshing and complex with delicate floral aromas and a subtle citrus hop flavor

Samuel Adams Rustic Saison:  Samuel Adams Rustic Saison is an incredibly complex yet refreshing beer in the classic style of Belgian farmhouse ales. It is complex yet refreshing, with unique floral, fruity, and estery flavors with a citrusy hop character and a slightly sweet herbal note.

Stonebridge Maibock:  Maibock (literally: May Bock, pronounced "My Bock") is the Bavarians' strong, golden lager favored during the brief transition between the severe winters along the northern edge of the Alps, when people hunker down indoors, and the hot summers, when people flock to the beer gardens.  This beer really shows the characteristics of lager yeast; expect clean malty sweetness with mild hop bitterness

Sister Ray:  Sister Ray is our take on the famous beer of Plzeň, Czech Republic known as Pilsner. It’s a light colored beer that is smooth, with a slightly malty flavor balanced by crisp bitterness and clean hop aroma. Brewed with rare and expensive traditional floor-malted “hanka” malt from the Czech Republic as well a Czech Žatec (saaz) hops.

Coney Island Lager:  American Amber Lager brewed with 6 malts and 8 hops. 5.5% abv

Coney Island Albino Python:  America's only white lager, brewed with sweet orange peel, crushed fennel seed, and ginger. 6% abv.

Coney Island Sword Swallower:   IPA-inspired, dry-hopped lager. Brewed with 8 hops. 7.2% abv. 7.2% abv.

Coney Island Mermaid Pilsner:   Dry-Hopped American Rye-based Pilsner. 5% abv.

 Coney Island Human Blockhead:   A malt-forward American strong lager brewed with 7 malts, 6 hops, and weighing in at 10% abv

Double Barrel Ale: DBA is a World Beer Cup and GABF medal winning beer and one of the most unique on the planet. This English-style pale ale is partially fermented in American Oak barrels giving it characteristics of vanilla, oak and carmel. Firestone Walker is one of two breweries in the world ferment beers in oak.

Solace:   Firestone Walker presents Solace, an ode to warmer weather in the northern hemisphere. A hint of citrus fruit and clove aroma are followed by tangy dry malt flavor and a silky finish making it an approachable and refreshing session beer. We bring you this beer unfettered, a craftily unfiltered ale full of flavor and perfectly constructed to compliment those lazy warm days ahead. Ideal for washing down fish tacos or other south o’ the border-inspired dishes.

Somersault: Somersault Ale was designed to be a fun roll around on the tongue while requiring only the minimum of palate gymnastics. In other words, this perfect summer lounge around beer is ridiculously fun and easy to drink. Even though the second Somersault goes down as effortlessly the first, our brewer Grady actually has quite a few remarkable notes at play in the nose, flavor and mouthfeel. There is an opening brace of citrus aroma from Centennial hops, a soft apricot fruitiness tucked into the flavor, a fresh snap from a sliver of ginger root, finished with oats in a long cool mash. Color is blonde with a suggestion of cloudiness. Somersaults all around!

Blue Paddle:  Climb on in and grab a paddle. Our first foray into lagered beers, Blue Paddle Pilsener-Lager, is a Czech style pilsener with a refreshing crispness from noble hops and a rich, malty finish. ‘Blue Paddle’ refers to the implement our warehouse manager’s Grandma once used to lovingly paddle his a** when she caught him stealing sips of her beer. With more body than a traditional Belgian pils, Blue Paddle is reflective of Europe’s finest pilseners.

1554 Enlightened Black Ale:  Born of a flood and centuries-old Belgian text, 1554 Enlightened Black Ale uses a lager yeast strain and dark chocolaty malts to redefine what dark beer can be. In 1997, a Fort Collins flood destroyed the original recipe our researcher, Phil Benstein, found in the library. So Phil and brewmaster, Peter Bouckaert, traveled to Belgium to retrieve this unique style lost to the ages. Their first challenge was deciphering antiquated script and outdated units of measurement, but trial and error (and many months of in-house sampling) culminated in 1554, a highly quaffable dark beer with a moderate body and mouthfeel.

Colorado Native Lager:  Colorado Native Lager is made with all Colorado ingredients.  Barley from the San Luis Valley, Hops from the San Juan Hop Farm in Montrose, water from the Rocky Mountains and the oldest yeast strain in the state of Colorado.  This amber lager is well balanced crisp and refreshingly Colorado!

German-style Pilsner:  Our Pilsner is crisp and refreshing with a strong bitterness and hop aroma from the huge doses of German and Czech Noble hops added during the boil. We use delicate German pilsner malt for a golden straw color. We purposefully left the beer unfiltered to keep as much of the gorgeous hop aroma in the beer as possible. Enjoy!

Double Diamond Whiskey:   A true hybrid whiskey made from British floor malted barley and North American rye.  Distilled in our potstill in the manner of Scotch. Aged in wine casks initially and then finished in small medium toast American white oak barrels.  Age on this whiskey ranges because each bottling is a combination of select barrels.

Wine Barrel Aged Rum: Cane rum aged exclusively in wine barrels for a minimum of 6 months.  Each bottling comes from a different barrel and will vary somewhat.  Some of the barrels we employ were used for wines ranging from Hungarian Tokaji to Sonoma Cabernet. This product is embraced by aficionados of anejo rum and tequila as well as the cognac crowd. 

 Who the #@** is Arnold Palmer (cocktail): A cocktail with tea, lemon, ginger, lemon bitters and featuring their Spiced Rum.
Spiced Rum: There are many spiced rums available with very familiar flavors and easily recognizable ad campaigns.  Ours differs in that we use no artificial flavors and no additives.  The result is a complex but not overpowering  citrus/ spicy rum that stands alone and plays well with other flavors.

Hot Dog (cocktail):  A cocktail with pink grapefruit juice featuring their Pepper Vodka.
Pepper Vodka: The base of this spirit is Cane Vodka ( gluten free) Infused with New Mexico Dried Red Chilies obtained from a roadside stand in New Mexico as well as Indonesian Black Pepper.  Subtle and exciting not a heat monster.

Ginger Fizz (cocktail):  Dancing Pines award winning Chai Liqueur and ginger beer cocktail
Chai Liqueur: Our most popular liqueur for a reason, there is truly nothing else like it. Dancing Pines Chai Liqueur is painstakingly created as an authentic Chai tea. We carefully balance the flavors from whole leaf black tea and five spices. The result is a delightful liqueur worth enjoying neat or adding to your next favorite cocktail!

Our Chai Liqueur was awarded a Double Gold Medal at the 2011 San Francisco World Spirits Competition!

Shock Top Raspberry Wheat: has the refreshing and smooth taste of Shock Top Belgian White, with a hint of raspberry flavor. Fact Sheet

Shock Top Belgian White: is a medium-bodied, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat ale, brewed with orange, lemon and lime peels and coriander. The result is a smooth, citrus mouthfeel and a naturally cloudy, light golden color. Fact Sheet

Helles: Helles! The great beer of Bavaria. Our Bavarian style light lager is a golden-colored blond and malty with an ABV of 5.5%

Dunkel:  The forerunner for most beer styles made in Germany. Our Bavarian style dark lager is deep brown, mahogany in color, full bodied, with a chewy texture, creamy long-lasting head. Very malty with very little hop bitterness. Clean lagered taste without fruitiness. 5.5 % ABV

Doppelbock: A malty, darker version of the Bavarian Bockbier. Medium bodied, with a traditionally low carbonation. Complex Munich and Vienna malts give it a toasty flavor, with very little bitterness. 10% ABV

Bourbon: Deep honey amber hue with warm, pronounced aromas of under-ripe banana and brown sugar, with spicy notes of white pepper and toasted sesame. Light body with warm texture and long sweet oak, vanilla finish with a touch of bitterness to balance. Reminiscent of a slice of toasted rye bread with honey drizzled on it.

Vodka: Clean and brilliantly clear with mild notes of lemon cream and fragrant meadow flowers. Light body with a soft, warm texture and a balanced mellow finish displaying just a hint of sweetness. Minerality of the snowmelt lends to the perfect mouth feel.

Roundhouse Gin: Roundhouse Gin is a dry gin of its own breed, micro-distilled and bottled by hand in exceptionally small batches. We start with neutral grain spirit, which we redistill in our handmade, Spanish copper pot still with the traditional gin botanicals of juniper berry, coriander, citrus peel, star anise, angelica, and orris root. Hints of sencha green tea, lavender, and hibiscus and chamomile blossoms are added to give it a distinct, floral palette. Gold medal winner 2010 

Imperial Barrel Aged Gin: A great thing has gotten better. To make Imperial, we start with Roundhouse’s signature, award-winning Gin, distilled in small batches from the finest all natural botanicals, and then age it to perfection in oak casks for at least 6 months.  Imperial’s complex character and smoothness are unlike any spirit you’ve ever had. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it.

Corretto Coffee Liqueur: In Italy, a “caffe corretto” is a coffee “corrected” with a shot of alcohol. Roundhouse Corretto is a coffee liqueur that needs no correction though. To handcraft Corretto in small batches we use only the freshest locally roasted coffee beans from thee Unseen Bean in Boulder (a 5280 Magazine coffee of the year). We add a touch of whole vanilla bean, and sweeten it just the right amount. The end result is a dark, rich, full flavored coffee liqueur like you’ve never tasted before. There’s no end to the number of ways you can enjoy Corretto: all by itself; in a cocktail or hot drink; on a dessert.

Vodka 14:  Vodka 14 is craft-distilled in small batches high in the Teton Range of the Rockies, offering unsurpassed purity and taste thanks to advanced continuous distillation technology, fine organic ingredients, and pure mountain spring water. Vodka 14 took Platinum at the SIP Awards Blind Tasting and earned the recommendation of Spirits Journal, who described it as “wonderfully clear and pristine.”

Juniper Green Gin:  The marriage of gin tradition and the finest organic ingredients. Distilled at the Thames Distillery in London, the smallest distillery in the UK and the last in the capital still producing gin, this London Dry Gin has claimed over 10 gold and silver medals for excellence at major international competitions and holds the unique honor of the Royal Warrant of the Prince of Wales.

Papagayo Silver Rum:   Crafted in Paraguay with the highest standards of quality, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship in mind, Papagayo’s deep, rich flavor derives from its traditional single-estate distillation and pure organic ingredients. The only Fair Trade Certified rum available in the U.S., Papagayo has been honored with 8 medals in major international competitions.

Highland Harvest Scotch:   In Highland Harvest, traditional Highland Scotch distillation shines with pure organic ingredients. Barrel-aged for at least 8 years to an exceptional flavor, Highland Harvest is recommended by Beverage Testing Institute and Spirits Journal, who also rated it a “Best Buy.” This fine Scotch has also been honored with The Royal Warrant of H.R.H. Budweiser: an American-style lager, was introduced in 1876 when company founder Adolphus Busch set out to create the United States’ first truly national beer brand – brewed to be universally popular and transcend regional tastes. Each batch of Budweiser follows the same family recipe used by five generations of Busch family brewmasters.

Kolsch:  A pilot beer 

St. Lupulin: A mystical legend echoes in our brewhouse – that of St. Lupulin (loop-you-lin) the archetypal hophead. He devoted endless summers to endless rows of hops, tending to the flowers and the beloved resin within – lupulin. Extraordinary oils in this yellow resin provide this dry-hopped extra pale ale with an undeniably pleasing floral aroma and clean, crisp finish. One sip of this seasonal summer ale and you too, will believe. Available May thru September 6.5% Alc. by Vol. 46 IBUs

Jamaican Jerk Beer: Jamaican "jerk" spice blends well the cultural origins and traditional cooking methods of many indigenous peoples native to the Caribbean. A Spice blend most famous for the heat it brings from scotch bonnet peppers also includes cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and thyme. This ale turned out spicy hot but also reminiscent of a winter/Christmas beer. 6.0% ABV.

Sunna Wit Bier:  Distinct and delicate flaked wheat and oat beer. A noticeable citrus exists resulting from the addition of tangerine, lemon, lime zests, and corriander during the boil. By aging this beer on rose petals and fermenting it with 50% Saison yeast, we create signature earthy and spicy notes. 4.8% ABV.

Distilled in separate batches using unique, all-organic botanicals and hand-picked Colorado juniper berries, Rob’s Mtn Gin is created with a strong respect for the long tradition of gin distillation.  The result is a balanced gin like no other.

Rocky Mountain Moonshine Sippin' Hooch: Rocky Mountain Moonshine Sippin’ Hooch is a sweet, smooth beverage.  Moonshine is intended to be a sipping beverage just the way great-grandpa drank his hooch.  Rocky Mountain Moonshine Sippin’ Hooch also mixes well with fruit juices and is perfect on the rocks or with a splash of water.  Rocky Mountain Moonshine Sippin’ Hooch - Once you taste it, you too will be hooked!
