La Plata Pilsner:   Based on a traditional Bohemian-style lager. We brew this refreshing treat every summer at Carver's.  The crisp malt and the unmistakable hops will quench your thirst and leave you wanting more. Hand-crafted in every sense of the phrase, this beer is a true labor of love.

X Rock Bock:  Named after a favorite local climbing rock just North of of Durango, this German-styled Bock makes but one appearance a year at Carver's to help us get through Lent. We did manage to keep some squirreled away though. So raise a glass to the monks of old and let this meal in a glass help save a tree.

 Celebrated Raspberry Wheat Ale: We have been making this oh so refreshing summer ale since the late 80's. We start with a soft and light American-style wheat ale and then add copious amounts of fresh raspberries as it ferments. The resulting beer has a distinctive color, and is an extremely refreshing combination of tart raspberries and wheat beer.
